Ticket Terms & Conditions

FEES & DISCOUNTS

The conference fees include full access to the conference and exhibition, refreshments breaks (lunch, tea and coffee breaks) and workshops. Accommodation is not provided for those wishing to remain overnight.

PURCHASE ORDERS

Bookings requesting payment by invoice should be accompanied by a purchase order. If a purchase order number is not required for invoice payment please indicate this by ticking the appropriate box. If neither box is ticked, you are stating that a purchase order reference will not be required for payment.

ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Upon registering for the LATCo conference you will receive a confirmation of your booking and a VAT invoice. Following on from this you will also receive your joining instructions. If you do not receive this within a week of booking, please contact the LATCo Team via email: accountsonline@hgluk.com to confirm that your registration and payment was received.

ONSITE BOOKINGS

Please contact the organisers before arriving at the venue to check availability. We aim to close bookings on 13th April 2027. Onsite bookings will only be accepted with a credit card payment and access will not be granted without this.

DELEGATE CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be received in writing to accountsonline@hgluk.com by the 1st April 2027 and will be subject to a cancellation charge of 25%. No refunds will be made for cancellations received withing 14 days of the conference or failure to attend after booking.

Substitutions may be made at any time but they must be of the same seniority level, e.g. a Director could be substituted by another Director but not a Manager. To make a substitution of this nature you would need to do so in writing by emailing accountsonline@hgluk.com and provide the name and job title of the person attending in substitution.

DATA PROTECTION

The contact information provided by you will be held on a database and will be shared with companies within Hemming Group Ltd and with the conference sponsors. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose please email dataprotection@hgluk.com

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Registration for this event implies that the attendee agrees, other than prescribed by law, neither the Hemming Group, Brintex or The Birmingham Conference and Events Centre are liable whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for medical, travel and personal insurance.
