Martin Farrow

Martin has worked in the health and social care sector for over 30 years, with half of that time working with Local Authority Trading Companies specifically in the social care arena. His work has included running, advising, setting up, disaggregating, and transforming LATCo’s. Martin currently works with Surrey Choices, Norse Care and Local Partnerships LLP. 

Martin is also the author of “The 3 d’s, Leadership and the Pi people” which explores leadership and its part in moving from the debate to the decision and then crucially to the delivery.
