Chair, Gateway 14Chris is a Fellow of the RICS and has been involved in development and investment for many years. Having been a partner and head of the commercial division at Carter Jonas, where he advised The Crown Estate on major development opportunities, he now chairs a number of LATCOs. This has now repaid the initial investment of £38m to acquire the site and put in the infrastructure and already delivered a first dividend of £20m to its shareholder, with a further £50-£60m to come.
