Claire Ward

Claire is a Partner in our local government team, she has particular expertise in the development and implementation of LATCo arrangements, including governance frameworks, shareholder oversight, constitutional documentation and ongoing assurance arrangements. She works closely with councils, shareholders and company boards, drawing on her experience as a local authority Monitoring Officer and Chief Officer, supporting wholly owned companies to balance commercial opportunities with public accountability and good governance.
