Emma Hope is Social Value & Sustainability Lead at ODS, where she drives initiatives that strengthen communities, support the environment and maximise the positive impact the organisation delivers across Oxford and beyond.

With more than 20 years' experience spanning the public, private and voluntary sectors, Emma has led and delivered social impact programmes at both local and international levels. Her expertise includes social value strategy, sustainability, community engagement, skills and employability, partnership development, and measuring meaningful social outcomes.

Passionate about creating lasting impact, Emma works with colleagues, customers and partners to embed social value into everyday business activities. She believes social value should be more than a contractual requirement, acting as a catalyst for stronger communities, improved opportunities, and long-term organisational success.
