Responsible for areas including people, technology, governance and business support services, Sharon plays a key role in ensuring the organisation has the capability, systems and processes needed to deliver for customers and communities.
With extensive experience leading transformation across public and private sector organisations, Sharon brings a strong background in executive leadership. Her career spans technology, logistics, data and insights, travel, and service delivery, with expertise in business transformation, organisational change, programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and operational improvement.
Passionate about delivering meaningful and sustainable change, Sharon works closely with colleagues and partners to improve performance, build capability and create lasting value. She believes successful transformation is driven by people, underpinned by collaboration, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
