Her work includes co-creating an integrated care operating model and outcomes framework for West Northamptonshire, leading digital service discovery across Adult Social Care and Customer Services in Lincolnshire, and designing a scalable platform to improve clinical prioritisation across 1.4 million NHS referrals. Krishna combines technical insight with a strong commitment to co-design, capability building and better outcomes for communities.
